Whitetail Gin is a forward thinking and family owned and operated distillery on the beautiful Isle of Mull. The Whitetail name is to raise awareness of the White Tailed Eagle which is Europe’s largest bird of prey and are also residents of Mull, nesting just next to the distillery.
A true family operation, Laurence (Dad) is head distiller and makes this wonderful gin, Katie (Mum) is in charge of the liqueur range and Jamie their son takes care of the sales side of the operation.
Whitetail Dry Gin has the smoothest of finishes, like one of the White tailed Eagles feathers falling from the sky, it’s a London Dry Style with Juniper at the forefront, also botanicals including sea kelp, heather, winter savory and pine from the Island estate.
