Madre Mezcal is made at the Garcia Morales Ranch in the rolling hills of the Oaxacan Sierra. The family has been cultivating agave on this land for centuries and stared distilling the spirit of Mezcal for the intent of personal guidance and celebration.
Madre Mezcal has a hint of smoke, with a sweet fragrance. Herbal notes of sage, earth, and minerals appear on the tongue, with a lingering floral finish. Madre Mezcal is made with a blend of two agaves, Espadin and Cuishe. Cuishe agave is known for having this wonderful crispness that, when put into a blend, smooths out the flavours of the Espadin, it balances everything in the middle and make it quite sweet and smooth.
