Distilled using aged oak Scottish whisky barrels in a botanical basket to extract natural flavours of vanilla, sandalwood and pine. Blended with a mix of traditional botanicals, to create a rich creamy gin with a subtle nod to Scotland’s rich distilling history.

Bute Punch (highball Glass) 75ml oak gin, 50ml orange juice, 3 dashes bitters, 25ml lime, 12.5ml sugar syrup, grated nutmeg.
Add all ingredients apart from nutmeg to a shaker. Shake hard and strain over cubed ice. Grate nutmeg on top and garnish with orange.
Oak Fashioned (Small Rocks Glass) 50ml gin, 12.5ml sugar syrup, orange zest.
Muddle Orange Zest in a mixing glass. Fill with cubed ice and add gin and sugar. Stir whilst constantly topping with cubed ice. Fine strain over cubed ice and garnish with orange zest. (Smoke with oak chips by burning in a smoke gun for extra flavour)
Espresso Oaktini (martini Glass) 25ml oak gin, 25ml coffee liqueur, espresso, 12.5ml suagar syrup
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with cubed ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
Tipsy Apple Pie (Martini Glass) 50ml Oak Gin, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml apple juice, pear, all spice topped with apple meringue foam.
Muddle a pear into a cocktail shaker and add gin, lemon juice and apple juice. Shake hard with cubed ice and strain into a martini glass. Top with apple meringue foam. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground all spice.
