Heather Cobbler (highball glass) 37.5ml heather gin, 12.5ml ottos vermouth, 12.5ml aperol, 25ml lemon juice, 20ml strawberry honey & hibiscus shrub, 3 muddled strawberries
Muddle strawberries in cocktail shaker, add all remaining ingredients and shake hard with cubed ice and fine strain into a highball over crushed ice. Garnish with Strawberry and Lemon
Bu-Tea-Ful (Martini Glass) 37.5ml heather gin, 25ml peach schnapps, 50ml earl grey tea, 25ml lemon juice, 12.5ml lavender syrup.
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, shake hard with cubed ice and fine strain into martini glass/coupe. Garnish with lavender.
Bee sting(Small Rocks Glass) 50ml heather gin, 12.5ml honey, 25ml lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice and strain into small rocks glass over crushed ice. garnish with honeycomb
Peppered Punch (Highball Glass) 25ml gin, 12.5ml ottos vermouth, 12.5ml lemoncello, grapefruit zest, 25ml lemon juice, 20ml pink peppercorn syrup, 1/4 red pepper & 3 strawberry,
Muddle Red Pepper and strawberry in cocktail shaker, add all of ingredients shake hard with cubed ice and strain into a tall rocks that has been rimmed with pink peppercorns over crushed ice. Garnish with peppers and lemon.
