Dark Matter is created in Banchory, Scotland by two brothers, Jim and John Ewen. Their curiosity drives them, while science inspires them. Combining their knowledge and imagination, the brothers pursue the flavour through systematic study, observation and experimentation.
Each Batch of this molasses based dark rum is spiced by hand with fresh aromatic spices and ingredients. Fresh oriental ginger, Indonesian long pepper, allspice berries with the rum base.
Intense spices tingle on the nose but perfectly balance with a hint of sweetness on the pallet leaving a long glowing finish.
