John Crabbies Co was founded in Edinburgh in 1801. His meticulous records have revealed recipes for liqueurs dating back 150 years.
His original recipe for this style of gin has been faithfully recreated today with botanicals such as juniper, liquorice root, orange peel, celery sticks, coriander, angelica and grains of paradise. Barrel ageing in oak casks adds earthy, wood spice notes to this exceptionally smooth, rich gin.
