
John Crabbies Co was founded in Edinburgh in 1801. His meticulous records have revealed recipes for liqueurs dating back 150 years. Based on a recipe from 1842, ginger is steeped for six weeks and mixed with bitter orange, calamus root, liquorice root, star anise and clove to create a spicy warming liqueur.
Serve ice cold and savour neat over ice or with your favourite mixer.
