Vermouth di Torino is a collective heritage of Piedmont, starting in the late XVIII century in the royal court of Savoia and spreading to the four corners of the world in the XX century.

In occasion of the 120th anniversary from the foundation, Storico Vermouth di Torino is again produced according to the original recipe of Giulio Cocchi. This vermouth belongs to the category of the sweet vermouths, produced using fine Moscato wine as its base, which is then infused with a secret recipe of local and exotic botanicals.

Storico Vermouth di Torino Cocchi has been the protagonist of the recent rebirth of these top-of-the-range vermouths. Great barmen from all over the world became very familiar with this product, so that it is often shortened “Cocchi Torino”.

Delicious neat on the rocks with a small lemon zest, it is an essential ingredient for the creation of the most classic cocktails, from Negroni to Manhattan.

Tasting Note
Nose - Singed oranges, candied peel, vanilla, and menthol-tinged dandelion and burdock, backed up by rich berry fruit, sour and bitter cherries with their stones, and overtones of delicate rose petals.

Palate - Full-flavoured and thick on the palate – perfectly balanced, bittersweet and mouthfilling. Fruity cherry and menthol notes mingle with stewed raspberries, orange peel, earthy liquorice and subtle savoury herbaceousness – touches of tarragon and bitter leaves.

Finish - Bold, long, and well-balanced, with fruit and herbal notes complementing and intermingling.
