The boys at Crafty Distillers, based near Newton Stewart, Scotland have created this wonderful Gin.
Crafty do things a little different to most. Rather than buying in "base Spirit", that most gins are made from, these guys make their own wheat based spirit from locally grown grain. Its much easier and cheaper to buy this in bulk, pre made, but in the spirit of doing things differently, and properly, they make their own.
To produce this gin, from the perviously produced base spirit, Noble Fir needles & Bladderwrack Seaweed are distilled with 9 other botanicals, creating a smooth and vibrant gin.
